1. Introduction

6. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances. Where prohibited conduct involves fraud or criminal activity, 3333b may report the matter to relevant authorities.

• 5Accessing the 3333b platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or geographic access controls applied by 3333b.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3333b platform, including but not limited to: the 3333b logo and brand identity; website design, layout, and user interface; written content, graphics, images, and multimedia; software, source code, and game content provided by 3333b or its licensed game providers — is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of 3333b or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
